This session will explore how to recruit and retain queer and trans talent through the perspectives of both talent and employers. We’ll begin by highlighting what ambitious queer and trans talent is striving for and the challenges they face. The conversation will then shift to the employer’s perspective, focusing on organizational practices and strategies for inclusive hiring and retention. Together, these discussions will provide a holistic understanding of the talent landscape and leave participants with actionable insights to bring back to their workplaces or job searches.
