Incubator participants are matched with senior executives from Start Proud’s Proud Partner network for personalized guidance, sponsorship, and career advancement support.
Participants receive executive coaching and participate in skill-building sessions to prepare for leadership roles in their organizations and industries.
The program facilitates meaningful connections with decision-makers, change agents, and industry leaders who champion equity and inclusion.
Complete Your Application - Fill out an online form detailing your background, interests, goals, and the kind of support you're looking for in a mentor.
Committee Review - Our Mentorship Committee reviews each application holistically considering your professional goals, lived experience, and potential match alignment. We assess fit to ensure every mentee receives meaningful support and mentorship.
Receive Your Offer - Successful applicants will receive a formal invitation to join the Mentorship Program, including a mentor match summary, next steps, and onboarding details.
Begin Your Mentorship - Your six-month journey begins! You’ll receive ongoing support from the Start Proud team and access to events, tools, and your broader mentorship cohort.
