Marius Sobrepena is the Head of Human Resources and Workforce Strategy at Interac where he drives enterprise-wide people transformation and operational excellence. Marius leads teams responsible for HR Strategy, DEI, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HR Systems and Advance Analytics, Policy and Governance, Real Estate and Corporate Facilities.

Previous to Interac, Marius has held various strategy and expert roles at Mackenzie Investments, BCG, and the CPP Investment Board. He is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and holds a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University, and Advance Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell.
