Sean is an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advises clients on complex strategic and transactional challenges. He has supported numerous market assessments, due diligences, transformations, and post-merger integrations across multiple industries and draws on his background in both management consulting and entrepreneurship. Prior to BCG, Sean worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company focused on life sciences, aviation, and private capital engagements; and served as CEO and Co-Founder of Contend Social, a marketing technologies startup he successfully scaled and later sold to a global firm. Earlier in his career, he held senior marketing roles in the technology and social sectors, building expertise in brand strategy, communications, public relations, influencer marketing, and digital delivery.
Sean holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (with high distinction) from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Graduate Certificate in Law/Policy from Queen’s University.
