Owen Berry is a consultant specializing in technology and strategy at Konrad Group, where he helps organizations tackle complex challenges at the intersection of strategy, operations, and digital transformation. He has worked with clients across industries and borders, including aerospace, fiancail services and global wealth managers, guiding major modernization programs and cross-functional initiatives that deliver real, lasting results. His career also includes time at PwC, where he contributed to global aid and development projects, and at Manulife, supporting large-scale programs in global wealth and asset management.

Alongside his consulting work, Owen is an active community builder and dedicated volunteer with Start Proud. He has held multiple leadership roles within the organization and currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations. In this role, he oversees key areas of the organization’s work, including technology, finance, logistics, talent, partnerships, and PR and risk management. Owen is committed to expanding Start Proud’s reach and impact, helping deliver programs that connect, support, and empower 2SLGBTQ+ students and young professionals across Canada.
