Fidel Romero (he/him) is the Lead of New Talent Programs at Interac, where he’s passionate about creating meaningful early-career experiences that help emerging professionals grow with confidence. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Asian and Pacific Islander Employee Resource Group, fostering community, celebrating culture, and driving inclusion across the organization.

With over 8 years of experience spanning tech, post-production VFX, media, marketing, and mental health, Fidel brings a human-centered approach to everything he does. He’s driven by a love for connecting young talent with meaningful career opportunities and believes deeply in the power of the “golden rule”. Outside of work, you’ll find him streaming games on Twitch or creating content on TikTok.
