Connie Bonello is a seasoned management consultant with 25+ years of global executive-level experience. She has provided consulting services to financial service organizations across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. She is a sought-after thought leader and speaker on the topics of data, analytics, and AI. Connie currently leads the Insights and Data Financial Services practice at Capgemini Canada. Before joining Capgemini, she held various leadership roles at Deloitte, IBM, Accenture, and Info-Tech Research Group.

Connie is a Vancity Community Investment Bank Board of Director, as well as a Board of Director of the Digital Research Alliance of Canada and an Advisory Board member of the Schulich Master of Business Analytics and Tech MBA programs.

She is the recipient of the 50 Women to Watch for Boards, the Duke of Edinburgh Commonwealth President’s Council Award, the Province of Ontario Volunteer Service Award, the University of Toronto Arbor Award, and the IBM Volunteer Excellence Award. Connie holds an Honours BA in Economics from York University, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and an ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
