Amy Sujae Lee (she/her) has served as Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP’s inaugural Senior Manager, Diversity and Inclusion since 2022. Amy’s mandate is to strategically strengthen and accelerate the Firm’s progress toward its diversity and inclusion goals. She works closely with a broad group of key stakeholders inside and outside Osler to refine, deliver and drive strategies and initiatives that will embrace and leverage diversity and create a safe and inclusive workplace at Osler. Prior to her current role at Osler, she was a lawyer practicing in tax and international trade at another national Canadian law firm.
