LGBTQ+ students, professionals and allies pursuing a career in business, law, engineering, technology, consulting, and other related fields.
By participating in the OOBS Annual Conference, you will have the opportunity to:
- Network with peers and representatives from over 40 companies
- Compete in our Moot Court or Case Competitions to win cash prizes
- Learn from leading industry experts through our wide offering of engaging workshops, panels and interactive seminars
- Hear from our keynote speakers who are leaders in the LGBTQ+ community who have inspired others through their journey
Not at all! The conference’s agenda and content is geared towards students and professionals who identify as LGBTQ+. However, we encourage allies to attend, participate, and contribute to the ongoing conversation of diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
Keep in mind, the sponsoring companies here are specifically interested in meeting LGBT candidates, so this may not be the best place for recruitment activities for allies.
