Who should attend the OOBS Annual Conference?

LGBTQ+ students, professionals and allies pursuing a career in business, law, engineering, technology, consulting, and other related fields.

How will I benefit from attending?

By participating in the OOBS Annual Conference, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Network with peers and representatives from over 40 companies
  • Compete in our Moot Court or Case Competitions to win cash prizes
  • Learn from leading industry experts through our wide offering of engaging workshops, panels and interactive seminars
  • Hear from our keynote speakers who are leaders in the LGBTQ+ community who have inspired others through their journey

Do I need to be Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, or Queer (LGBTQ+) to attend the conference?

Not at all! The conference’s agenda and content is geared towards students and professionals who identify as LGBTQ+. However, we encourage allies to attend, participate, and contribute to the ongoing conversation of diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.

Keep in mind, the sponsoring companies here are specifically interested in meeting LGBT candidates, so this may not be the best place for recruitment activities for allies.

Will I be ‘outed’ if I attend the conference?

Information about conference attendees is strictly confidential and will not be released without permission to any party other than the conference’s sponsoring firms.

General photos will be taken at the conference. If you would like your participation or image to remain confidential from sponsoring firms, please email
